Where do you ship?

We ship to all 27 EU countries. Shipping is free on every order of €69 or more. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Every item is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production. EU orders then arrive within 5–10 business days, so usually 7–14 business days in total. See our Shipping policy.

Who makes the products?

Our designs are printed or embroidered to order by our production partner, Printful, at its facilities in Europe.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Email us at framesixtynine@gmail.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, in which case returns are free and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 days of your return arriving. We don't offer direct exchanges, so to change a size or colour, return the item and place a new order. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
