Where we ship
We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order of €69 or more. For orders under €69, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Made to order
Every item is printed or embroidered to order by our production partner in Europe. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go into production on the next business day.

Delivery times
EU delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch, so usually 7–14 business days in total from your order. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods or carrier delays.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link.

Customs and duties
Orders are produced and shipped within the EU, so there are no customs duties or import taxes for EU deliveries. Prices shown are final, no VAT is added at checkout.

Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at framesixtynine@gmail.com and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
