Who we are

What we collect
Contact and order details (name, email, phone, billing and shipping address), order and payment confirmation details (we never see your full card number), messages you send us, and device and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, handle returns and customer support, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and, where you agree, to send marketing emails and show you relevant ads. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation, our legitimate interests and your consent.
Who we share it with
Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, our production and fulfilment partner Printful, shipping carriers, and, only with your consent, advertising partners such as Meta and Google. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; in that case we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (for example by unsubscribing from emails). You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local data protection authority.
Children
Our store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
