This website, frame69.com, is operated by Frame69, Kyriakou Matsi 6, 2560 Nicosia, Cyprus (phone +357 22 455984, email framesixtynine@gmail.com). "We", "us" and "our" refer to Frame69. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy policy.

1. Our products
All products are made to order. We try to show colours, prints and details as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Product descriptions and availability can change at any time.

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we do, we refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and are final, no VAT is added at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay (free on orders of €69 or more). Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
As an EU consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund policy. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods, are not affected.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, images and text on this website belong to Frame69 or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Use of the website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it. Automated agents and tools that access the website must identify themselves and must not bypass security measures.

8. Third-party services
The store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party providers. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
